How can I qualify for free shipping?

When you spend $99.99 CAD / $75 USD or more (before taxes), we’ll ship your order for FREE!

How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. During peak periods like Black Friday or Boxing Day, it may take up to a week.

What shipping provider do you use?

We ship Canadians orders via Canada Post and American orders via USA-Air.

Can I combine multiple orders?

If you have pre-order products with different release dates, combine your orders to save on shipping. Choose a date to receive your order and select “COMBINE SHIPPING” at checkout. We’ll invoice you for the shipping cost when your order is complete.

Where does MONTREAL COMIC BOOK CLUB ship to?

We ship within Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) using Canada Post or USA-Air.

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

Absolutely! At MONTREAL COMIC BOOK CLUB, we offer free pick-up options for customers in the greater Montreal area. To arrange a pick-up, simply text or call us at 514-264-1314 in advance. Our friendly staff will assist you in organizing the convenient pick-up of your comic books at our office located at 1070 av. Lajoie, Outremont, Qc. 

Please note that local pick-up orders require 2 – 3 business days before they are ready. We will contact you once your order is prepared and ready for pick-up.

Can I shop at your location?

MONTREAL COMIC BOOK CLUB operates as an online shop, and our office address at 1070 av. Lajoie, Outremont, Qc is specifically designated for local pick-up purposes only. While we don’t have a physical brick and mortar store for shopping on-site, we offer the convenience of picking up your orders directly from our office.

Why can’t I add a pre-order with my regular purchase?

You can only purchase pre-orders with the same release date. For back issues and pre-orders, create separate invoices and choose “COMBINE SHIPPING.” We’ll send you an invoice with the shipping cost once your order is complete.

Can I do a follow-up on my order(s)?

Yes, you can easily track and follow up on your order(s) by accessing your account. Simply go to the “ORDER” tab and you’ll be able to view your order(s) along with their current status.

Can I place a special order for a comic book or TPB not listed on your website?

Absolutely! Please email us at [email protected] with your special order request.

Can I do a PULL LIST with MONTREAL COMIC BOOK CLUB? 

Yes, CLICK HERE to create a pull list or add some comics to your list.
 

What is a PULL LIST?

A comics pull list is a list of comics that a comic collector would like to buy every time the title is released. 

For example, if you never want to miss an issue of Batman, you could add Batman to your pull list, and get every issue of the series.

How does it works? 

Once your comics are in stock, we will send you 2 separate invoices, 1 will contain the books at $0 and the second one will be the invoice to pay.
